BARATHAVEN COMMUNITY

BaratHaven is a master-planned community located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. The community was developed in 2006 and consisted of three distinct neighborhoods: The Manors, The Villas, and The Summit. In 2022, a separate neighboring community developed, called The Courtyards at Barathaven, a 47-home neighborhood comprised of luxury, low-maintenance ranch style homes with courtyards.

BaratHaven is rooted in the middle of the Barathaven Greenway, which includes over 4 miles of asphalt-surfaced trails and a 14-acre lake. The Greenway was developed by Great Rivers Greenway, a foundation developed to make the St. Louis region a more vibrant place to live, work and play.
